Obituary (from newspaper of 28 July 1971): DEPAUVILLE---Clarence L. Dorr, 80, Caroline St., was found dead in his car in the garage of his home at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday.
The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Cummings Funeral Home, Clayton, Rev. Kenneth D. Reynolds, Clayton United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Depauville Cemetery.
Calling hours are 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Willis (Joan) McCormick, Woodville; a son, Hubert S., Scotia; six grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Florence Comins, Watertown. Another son, Lyle, died March 20, 1944, in a place crash while in the armed
service.Born Dec. 11, 1890, in the Town of Clayton, son of David and Mary Wetterhahn Dorr, he spent his earlier life in that sector. He married Ethel Titus in Jefferson, Ohio, on March 1, 1919. Mrs. Dorr died June 11, 1967, in Mercy Hospital,
Watertown, at the age of 72.Mr. Dorr, a dairy and poultry farmer, lived on the Dorr Homestead Farm on the Depauville-LaFargeville Road until his retirement in 1946, at which time he and his wife moved to the village of Depauville.
He was a member of the Depauville Odd Fellows and a former member of Depauville Grange.
Obituary: DEPAUVILLE---Mrs. Ethel C. T. Dorr, 72, wife of Clarence L. Dorr, died at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in Mercy Hospital, Watertown, where she had been a patient since Friday. She had been in poor health for several years.

Surviving, besides her husband, are: a son, Hubert, Schenectady; a daughter, Mrs. Willis (Joan) McCormick, Woodville; a brother, Warren Emery Titus, Conneaut, O.; and six grandchildren.
Another son, Lyle W., was killed in a plane crash in New Guinea on March 20, 1944, while serving in the Army Air Corps in World War II.
Mrs. Dorr was born Nov. 19, 1894, in North Kingsville, O., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Titus. She was married to Clarence Dorr of Depauville on March 1, 1919 in Jefferson, O.
The couple had lived on their dairy and poultry farm near LaFargeville until 1946, when they retired and moved to Depauville.

Obituary (from newspaper of 24 Jul 1999): DEPAUVILLE---A graveside service for Madelynne E. Dorr, 87, Untied Helpers Canton Nursing Home, formerly of Depauville, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Depauville Cemetery.
Mrs. Dorr died Thursday at the nursing home.
Arrangements are with Allen-Denesha Funeral Home, DeKalb Junction.
She was born Jan. 29, 1912, in Clayton, daughter of Alvah and Edna Longway Dillenback. She married Leonard Dorr in 1930. He died in September 1964.
Mrs. Dorr was a homemaker.
Surviving are a son, Larry, Massena; a daughter, Mrs. William (Kay) Crossman, Punta Gorda, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Howard (Alvera) Easton, North Carolina; nine grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and
several nieces and nephews.A son, Francis, died before her.
