Leta Marie WRIGHT

Obituary (from newspaper of 12 April 1982):  CLAYTON---Mrs. Leta V. Bogenschutz, 64, East Line Road, wife of Francis (Bert) Bogenschutz, died at 6:47 this morning at the House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown, where she was admitted earlier
today.

    The funeral is tentatively set for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Cummings Funeral Home here and 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Church.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

    Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  Donations may be made in her name to the Clayton Ambulance Fund.

    She is survived by her husband, Francis; four sons, Ross A., Pottstown, Pa., Paul W., Alexandria Bay, Zane P., Redwood, and John T., Pottstown, Pa.; a daughter, Mrs. Jeannine M. Ruggiero, Clayton; 15 grandchildren; five
great-grandchildren; her step-mother, Mrs. Viola Wright, Clayton; a brother, Charles E., Ohio and a sister, Mrs. Audrey Woods, Ohio.

    A brother, Joseph Poppel and a sister, Miss Shirley Wright, died before her.

    Born in Watertown April 8, 1918, a daughter of Charles and Bertha Goodrow Wright, she attended St. Mary's School and married Francis (Bert) Bogenschutz, Aug. 13, 1946 at St, Mary's Church.

    She was a member of St. Ann's Altar Society, Knights of Columbus Auxiliary and Klock Post American Legion Auxiliary LaFargeville.

Obituary (from newspaper of Friday, 17 July 1992):  CLAYTON---Harold M. Ingerson, 67, Clayton-Cape Vincent Road, a retired truck driver, died at 2:55 p.m. Thursday at the House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown, where he had been a patient since
July 7.

    A prayer service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Cummings Funeral Home, followed by a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Church with the Rev. Euclid A. Marier, pastor of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Philadelphia, officiating.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

    Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  Contributions may be made to the Clayton Volunteer Ambulance Fund or Hospice of Jefferson County Inc., 714 Washington St., Watertown.

    Surviving are his wife, Teresa "Dot"; a daughter, Mrs. Russell K. (Lonna M.) Coufal, Columbia, S.C.; two stepsons, Melvin H. Bearup and Gerald A. Bearup, both of Clayton; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Gordon (Ellen) Stiefel, Clayton; two grandsons;
nine step-grandchildren; a step-great-grandson; his mother, Beulah Ingerson, Clayton; two sisters, Elnora Durgin, Philadelphia, and Adeala "Dee" Collins, Clayton; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

    A stepson, Francis R. Bearup, and two brothers, Donald and Nelson Ingerson, died previously.

    He was born Aug. 7, 1924, in Clayton, a son of Curtis and Beulah Shaw Ingerson.  He graduated from Clayton High School.

    He married Martha A. Gushlaw Aug. 8, 1945, in Watertown.  A native of Clayton, she died March 1, 1983, at the age of 57.

    He married Teresa "Dot" Bogenschutz Bearup Oct. 30, 1991, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Philadelphia, with Father Marier officiating.

    Mr. Ingerson was employed as a truck driver for many years, having owned his own tractors.  He worked for Crowley Foods Inc., LaFargeville, for eight years, and later for Smith Transport, Watertown, for 31 years, retiring in January 1986.

    Mr. Ingerson was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, a member of the Clayton Knights of Columbus Council and Teamsters' Union Local 686, Watertown.
