Important Dates to Remember In 2010
· The Schoolhouse picnic and auction is on Sunday August 8, 2010 right after church.
· Children’s summer programs for ages 10 years and younger will run for 7 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning on Tuesday July 6th through Thursday August 19th from 10 am until noon.
· Young adult workshop sessions will be held from 10 am until noon for 6 weeks, beginning July 5th thru August 9th. This program is designed for middle and high school students age 11-15 years. Students will explore the natural and historical sites of the island and are asked to meet at the Schoolhouse with four wheeler transportation. If transportation is needed call Urch at 686-2642.
· The GIRHC Board meeting dates for 2010 will be on Fridays at 10am on the following dates: June 18, July 14 (Wednesday- Rescheduled), 23 and August 6. The Schoolhouse’s Annual Meeting is on August 20th, 10:00 am at the schoolhouse. All members are invited to attend.
